How it works

• Run /wasteclock Set headcount and rate (hourly or salary) in a quick setup form.
• Hit Start. A live message posts and pins itself, ticking up every few seconds for the whole channel to see.
• Anyone can control it. Pause, resume, or reset right from the message, no re-running the command.
• Add an agenda. Pin the meeting's goal right on the live message so everyone stays on topic.
• Log decisions. Capture what was decided and who owns it, right from the message.
• Share the total. One click posts a clean summary anyone can read.
