The short version: use it for your meetings, pay if you keep it past the trial, cancel anytime.
These terms are between you (and the organization whose Slack workspace you install Wasteclock into) and Blackhook Group LLC ("we"). By installing or using Wasteclock for Slack, you agree to them. If you install it for an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Wasteclock for Slack adds a /wasteclock command that posts and updates a live meeting-cost message in a channel, along with an optional agenda, decision log, and shareable summary. We may improve or change features over time.
Each workspace gets a 14-day free trial. After that, Wasteclock costs $19 per month per workspace, billed in advance through Stripe until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
You can cancel anytime by removing the app from your workspace or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
Don't use Wasteclock to break the law or Slack's own terms, to interfere with or overload the service, or to try to access other workspaces' data. We may suspend a workspace that does.
What you enter (settings, agendas, decisions) stays yours. We use it only to run the service, as described in the Slack Privacy Policy. Removing the app deletes it.
Meeting costs are calculated from the headcount and rate you enter (salaries are converted using 2,080 working hours a year). They're estimates for awareness, not payroll, accounting, or financial advice.
Wasteclock is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, Blackhook Group LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and, where we reasonably can, let workspaces know in the app. Continuing to use Wasteclock after a change means you accept it. We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice, and won't charge for any period after it ends.
